About me
Product-minded.
Engineering all the way down.
I’m Idan Ayalon, a product engineer, technical founder, and the person behind Ayalon Software.
I’ve spent 15+ years shipping production software across startups, enterprises, and public-sector organizations. In 2020, I founded Ayalon Software to help teams take products from discovery and architecture to launch and beyond.
Since then, the studio has delivered 50+ apps. I’ve built across mobile, web, backend, and cloud, and led engineering teams of up to five developers. The common thread is ownership: understanding what the product needs, then doing the work to make it real.
Today, AI engineering is a central part of that work—from LLM integrations and agentic workflows to the tooling that helps engineers work more effectively. I built Forge AI and created LoopFlow, an open-source workflow language for coding agents.
I also founded Kotlin Israel in 2017 and Flutter Israel in 2018. I write, share open-source projects, and enjoy the conversations that happen when engineers explain how they actually build things.
